Scoria provide a full managed service desk to meet any technology requirement you have. We will log and resolve the calls according to your instructions, everything will be recorded in our systems (or we can use whatever you have in place already) and we will provide periodic reports on usage and performance.
We can provide a service desk for all or part of your technology environment. For issues, outages and new provisions provided by third parties, you can leave all of the technical and installation liaising to us as well. We’ll even periodically review the relationships and provide alternatives if required.
The service is no-nonsense, fixed-fee on a per user basis for all standard environments with 24/7 access to engineers. For unusual environments including those with more than 20 offices or a large volume of servers to users ratio, we will present a bespoke package.
